I didn’t stay at Burning Man for the burning of the temple on Sunday. Next time I certainly will. A friend who did stay for it described it thusly: “it was fucking amazing. quiet and very slow”. There isn’t really a reference for the size of the temple comlex, but on the left hand side of the picture as you’re looking at it, the smallest temple all the way out had a roofline that was probably eight to ten feet high.
