It’s been a while since I recorded anything, so I decided to do a quick version of one of my favorite Texas songs, “Dallas”. Written by Jimmie Dale Gilmore and recorded by the Flatlanders and Joe Ely, and probably some others as well. I think Jimmie Dale is probably one of the best songwriters in country music.
